As an intern, I provided tool development and data analysis support for the Measures for Advancing Gender Equality (MAGNET) initiative, which aims to broaden and deepen the measurement of women’s agency, based on the development of new tools and rigorous testing and comparison of both new and existing methods for measuring agency. I also supported multiple impact evaluations in Malawi, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Benin, and Cote d’Ivoire in research, data analysis, and study design.
